1. Disconnecting Instagram, WhatsApp or TikTok
You can delete the data of a social media account connected to Konzila right away:
- In Konzila, open the Social media screen and go to the Accounts & rules tab.
- Click Disconnect next to the account you want to delete and confirm.
- The account's access tokens, comments, messages and reply history are deleted from Konzila immediately.
You can also remove Konzila's access from the platform itself (menu names may differ by app version):
- Instagram: Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Konzila → Remove.
- Facebook / WhatsApp Business: Facebook Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Konzila → Remove.
- TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → App permissions → Konzila → Remove.
Once you remove the permission on the platform, Konzila can no longer access that account. To also delete any data left in Konzila, follow the step above or write to us.
2. Deleting the company account and all data
To delete your company account and all of its data, your company's account administrator sends an email to [email protected] from the email address registered in Konzila, with Data deletion request in the subject line, stating the company name.
After verifying your identity we delete the following within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email:
- all of the company's user accounts and pending invitations,
- uploaded documents, added websites and the company memory,
- chats, meetings, decisions, tasks, reports and opportunity records,
- access tokens and message history of connected social media accounts,
- plan, credit and request records.
3. Deleting a single user
Your company's account administrator can revoke a person's access immediately from the Users screen. To have the person's account details (name, email, job title) deleted completely, the person or the company's account administrator can write to [email protected]; we fulfil the request within 30 days at the latest.
4. If you messaged a business that uses Konzila
If you sent a comment or message to the Instagram, WhatsApp or TikTok account of a business that uses Konzila, that business is the controller of this data. Please send your deletion request to the business first. If you cannot reach the business, write to [email protected] with the business's name and account and your own username or phone number; we will fulfil your request together with the business.
5. Records that are not deleted or kept for a while
- Action logs and billing records that must be kept for security and legal reasons may be retained for the required period.
- Copies in backups are deleted as they are overwritten in the backup cycle.
- Comments and messages on the social media platforms themselves (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok) are subject to those platforms' own rules; Konzila cannot delete them.
For details on how data is processed, see the Privacy Policy.
