What exactly does Konzila do?

It sets up an AI team for your company. The team holds meetings to suggest decisions, runs your social media, places ads, answers customers and looks for opportunities. You approve.

Do I need technical skills to set it up?

No. You enter your company name and website; your company profile, AI employees and first routines are ready in a few minutes. Then change whatever you like.

Does the AI make decisions for me?

No. Your AI employees discuss, research and bring proposals. Decisions, tasks and ad campaigns only start with your approval.

Does ad money go through Konzila?

No. Ads are paid directly from your own Meta or Google ad account. Konzila manages the campaign; you set the monthly spending cap.

Which channels does it connect to?

For posting: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. For messages: Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, email, Trendyol and Hepsiburada. For ads: Meta and Google. You connect through each platform's own screen and never give us your password.

What are credits and how are they used?

AI work in Konzila (chats, meetings, scans, customer replies, images and videos) uses credits. Your plan credits renew every month. If you run out you can buy extra credits, which roll over to the next month.

Is my data safe?

Each company's data is kept separately and no other company can access it. Only your AI employees use the documents you upload; you choose which documents are open to customers.

Which languages does it support?

Interface languages: Türkçe, Deutsch and English. Team members pick their own language; the language of posts, replies and reports is a company setting.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can change your plan or buy extra credits from the Account screen in the app.
